I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in this city! The location was perfect, close to the wonderful cathedral and all the main sites. Being in the center of the city made it so convenient to explore everything. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving me great recommendations for food and providing me with a map with all the highlights of the area. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and my room was spacious and modern. I loved the fact that I had a great view of a cathedral from my room. the hotel facilities and the staff's recommendations made my experience more fun.

I had a really great experience here, everything was perfect, the location was brilliant not far from Alhambra and old town. Outstanding staff, cosy rooms with nice view, a balcony plus bedroom. Also, I loved how top the location was.

The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, making it convenient to explore the city of Granada.
While the staff was friendly and helpful, I did face some difficulty locating the hotel due to the complicated driving restrictions. In general, the facilities here lack a bit of maintenance and could be more updated to be on par with other hotels in this class.

The hotel had a great location, close to the cathedral and within walking distance to many restaurants. The room was clean and modern, with friendly and helpful staff at the reception.
There were some challenges with navigating the hotel with a stroller, as there were multiple obstacles.
